Bul**** into continuing contract payments after term!!!

In October 2022 the company I worked for offered for me to "take over" my bunsiness contract through vodacom. I have been trying since February to cancel the contract and convert to prepaid with zero help. I did not pay March debit order, and wanted to go to vodashop to pay and cancel. The shop called the contact center on my behalf, and aparently a request was logged, but they would call me back within an hour, as there was a pending something that requires management to open. I paod my account and left (with an elevated R100 failed debit order fee.

Afte not receiving a call back from the agent, I decided to phone the contact center on ***, with option 2. I gave my ID number, no one could find me. I gave my cellphone number, no one could find it on their system. I gave the account number on my monthly statements, and still nothing came up.

I have now received yet another vodacom statement, and still have no confirmation that my contract is acknowledged to expire and convert to prepaid.

When will the consumer ever have their wishes heard and adhered? I am being forced to pay an account that I no longer want, or I will be reported to the credit bureau. Why can vodacom not just cancel this contract!!! I feel I am being bul**** into paying the account, where contract term ended in February 2023...

I want this endless frustration to end and this must happen urgently!!!
