Buddy line was said to have been cancelled till now still active

i have came to the vodaworld vodacom couple of time after i reversed my upgrade with you guys,an upgrade came with a buddy line ********** 2495 which was never cancelled i came into the store i was told that they have sent notification to 3rd parties to cancel till today it is still showing as active.please cancelled as of 31 August 2017 because it is affecting my credit record at the bureau
