bsd service vodacom repairs

I submitted my xperia M2 on the 11 march 2016 at vodacom tsakane and promised my phone would be back between 7-14days, it is now the 5th week and my phone is still not back . I received a message from vodacom that my phone has been repaired and d despatched to vodacom repairs at alberton on the 4th of april. When i called them at alberton they told me phone hadn't arrived. Last week friday(15 APRIL 2016) I called them again to find out if it has been delivered they told me it has been to couried to tsakane vodacom. When i went to vodacom today I was told my phone has still not arrived. so I don;t know where its floating around. I am UTTERLEY dissapointed by your services!!!! Please sort this out.!!!
