Broken WIFI Router! No replacement! No loan!

I have a home wifi router with Vodacom and when I got that router I was told that the Alcatel router has issues and that they had no alternative to that one. Almost a year later my router won’t switch on! My issue is that Vodacom offers no replacements nor loans for this broken router and now for the next 3 weeks I have to make a plan with regards to my work from home. Not only that, I’ll be paying for data that I won’t be using for almost a month! Do better Vodacom! Now I have to go buy my own router! Just bulls**t!
