Broken Promises: 6People are unreliable and dont Honour their word.

<p>Job number: ***2</p> <p>26/4/2016 Booked in phone with Battery</p> <p>Issue 2 months down the line.</p> <p>Collected my phone more then 2 weeks back and still they(Vodacom) have not delivered my battery to my office</p> <p>Address:</p> <p>Cnr Nana Sita and Thabo Sehume</p> <p>239 Concillium Building</p> <p>Phone me to get floor and room number</p> <p> </p> <p>Got sms updates. last sms was phone dispatched to store where it was booked in</p> <p>But, Never got sms to say my phone is ready for collection, had to phone first.</p> <p>Clearly asked them to double check if phone and all accesories are ready for collection. they confirmed that it is.</p> <p>Went to collect it. but they didnt have my battery. it wasnt sent back with phone.</p> <p>I told them that i dont have the time and petrol to drive around because of there neglegence</p> <p>They promised to deliver it to my office. And nothing since. have phoned every 2 days to find out when is battery being delivered.</p> <p>6 People have promised to phone me back but never did any of them phone me.</p> <p>Disappointed is all I can say with all the empty promises.</p> <p>Just make promises to keep me calm but then to not honour them.... that makes one furious.</p> <p> </p> <p>Client: Gerhard</p>
