Broken Promises

I took out a contract from Vodacom 4U Rosebank. I received the phones and sim cards on the 29th of April 2016. It took Vodacom 11 days to activate the sim cards. When I complained on HelloPeter about this the second time, someone only contacted me.

According to Allistar, Vodacom did a Credit note for the Connection Fees, and I received a confirmation of the Credit note on my phone, but the problem is, last night when the debit order went off, Vodacom deducted the activation fee, as well as screen insurance. But when I took out my contract, there was a special of Free screen insurance for 12 months. How do you explain that? And please, please don't tell me it is because the phones were only activated in May 2016, as that was Vodacom's fault not mine.

I'm very upset with Vodacom, about this whole matter, and I will never tell anybody to take out a contract from Vodacom.

Best regards,
