BROKEN PROMISES
A few months ago a Vodacom team came to my premises to do some maintenance on an aerial site and for some reason removed my previously installed booster. This had been installed because I do not get any signal at my office. When I complained the same team can and put it back , but it doesn't work. I have now called Vodacom on a number of occasions (not from my office as I cannot use my cell phone here) and they have promised to send a technical team to come and fix the problem but now some months later nothing has transpired.
Please give me some service!
