Broken promises

Nearly a year ago I had a written promise from Vodacom that I would NEVER again be harassed by Vodacom or their Collections Department/s for an account owned by a Mrs Hornsby. Well today this happened AGAIN!!!!! Will you please STOP selling your debtors books with my mobile phone number in them!!! I am REALLY ANNOYED NOW!!!
