Broken promise

Hi please see the the original email sent by me on the 13th May 2015 below. More than a week has passed and I have made contact with vodacom on a number of occasions and they keep promising me that they have passed the info to their supervisor and that they will contact me back within 24 hours - I am still waiting for feedback. As can be seen by my email below I feel they have broken a verbal contract with me.<br> Email:<br> Hi I visited your Bredasdorp shop more than a month ago to take advantage of your special offer of a Samsung Galaxy Core prime phone for R129.00 a month with a few optional extras specifically the solar battery charger. They informed me that this specific phone is on back order but that when it arrives the deal will go through as advertised. The phone only arrived today 13th May but now I'm told that the deal with the solar battery charger is no longer valid. This is totally unacceptable as I was in the shop when the special was on and the phone was ordered at that time This can be confirmed in the Bredasdorp shops order book. I would very much like to get the phone but as per the original agreement. Please treat this with some urgency. I feel very strongly about being
