Broken phones and poor service

So, bought two phones from Vodacom in a space of less than a month, one was 3 weeks old when it started losing signal. Took it to the Vodacom Shop in Paarl Mall, they tested it and told me it has to go in for repairs. (even though it is just three weeks old). Had to BUY a second phone because of my work I have to be in communication with clients. Whilst setting up the phone, the Vodacom Mini kept switching itself off. The consultant checked with his colleagues, it is apparently something the phone does whilst running set up. Took the phone home..Two days later the phone switches itself off every time you put it down.. Couldn't take it back, because of the long weekend and us being away from home. Took it in today, only to be told that the 10 day old phone has to, wait for it, go in for repairs.....So, two phones bought, spend more than R2k, and none of them worked. Fine. Tried calling customer service, the supervisor basically told me it is my own fault when I took the second phone, clearly if it had issues in the store, it was broken.. I raised that with the consultant, he placated me, saying it is the setup process. Vodacom, I have been a customer for more than 15 years, but because of your processes, you lost a loyal customer today. Will be cancelling my 5 contracts.
