Broken phone and incorrect contract details
Took out a contract with them and on the contract it shows 24mnths. I'm having issues with the device. It's an Honor X6a. The phone is slow and battery is dying very quick. Went to the store and they say it will take 14 to 21days for assessment and because I don't have a insurance I will have to pay for repairs. Furthermore on their system it's showing that it's a 36mnth contract. How can it have two different end dates. Vodacom needs to catch a wake up. They are us customers. U cannot give me a contract paper with 24mnths n on your system have 36mnths. This is not acceptable. Then the consultant tells me " oh but we never get any complaints about the phone from anyone else" don't talk **** cos alot of people are having problems with the Honor X6a. Vodacom needs to up their game. So am I supposed to sit with a phone like this for the remaining months of the contract. Vodacom if you don't sort my issue out I will stop paying and u can hand me over if you want to. It's not fair for me to be paying for something that's giving me issues. I was with Cell C for 20yrs and never had an issue like this. Biggest mistake of moving over to vodacom
