BROKEN PHONE
My mother renewed her contract so they gave her a new tablet.
Upon delivery by their RAM driver, he took her personal phone to take a screenshot of our municipal bill and the driver dropped the phone and now the whole screen is cracked.
I have tried to reach out to RAM and Vodacom but no one gets back to us.
Someone must contact us before we proceed to institute legal action.
