broken phone

<p>2months ago I took my phone to Jabulane mall vodacom branch.as the screen was crashed.and Im paying insurence for the phone and since then I dont get any help 2weeks ago they called me and say my phone is ready for collection when I went there only to find the phone is still in the same situation.and I spoke to the manager who promised me that I will get my phone before the end of last week and when I call they said the phone is still not fixed please good people I need some help from you.for them to fix my phone and bring it back</p>
