broken laptop

i app**** and received a new laptop through vodacom louis trichardt ,but with startup the laptop was broken. they took the laptop back and repaired it with order number rn***3,after a week and 2 days i received it back and told me they reseated the the touch pad cable. they did not test it in the shop and after i reaced home the laptop had the same problem. i took it back and the manager told me they will send it back for repairs again where i told them i need a new one. she didnt want to help me and had a bad attitude by just sitting in her office and told the sales lady she must assist me and appearently they dont now who the owner is. my first account came and have to pay for a laptop witch i dont have
