BROKEN ITEMS + BAD SERVICE

Good day

I booked my phone in at the Somerset Mall repair centre over a week ago. Took it in a couple of times where I was told that it was the battery that was broken. Out of my own pocket I purchased a new battery only to have to take my phone back the next day because the actual fault was with the charging portal. I depend on my phone as part of my business and cant really go without one. Since I am paying over a R1200 per month on my Vodacom contract one would have expected better service or at least a phone that you can use in the meanwhile but no, none of the above. I was told that I would at least be informed in 3 days of what was going on with my phone. Nope, not even that, I had to phone and was just told they are busy with it. If I try to cancel my contract I get told I cant. A person pay for service and a working devise. My phone is not even 2 years old. This type of errors should not occur, especially if your clients gets billed the way you bill them. If it is not to much effort I would really appreciate it if I can get an update on when I can get my phone back. I advise everyone NOT to go with Vodacom. Their products is of low quality and there service is horrific.
