BROKEN HANDSET

Blackberry Q5 Handset was received in May 2014. Returned for repairs on the 14 July. Returned for repairs again on the 22 August. <br> 21 October 2014 handset was exchanged with a refurbished handset, which is also faulty. This refurbished unit was locked away and never used until 13 March 2015. Now when we want to use it, the keyboard on the handset does not work.<br> All I need is for this faulty handset to be collected and replaced.<br> When you try phoning Lilly Doran on her cell, she hangs up on the calls
