Broken Fiber Routing Affecting My Teaching Income

I have been completely struggling with our Vodacom fiber and now the router, and I cannot go on like this anymore. My online teaching is not coping because our international upload speed has completely collapsed to 1 Mbps today on the fibre and the router, making it impossible to run my classes.

Local speed tests to Johannesburg are okay sometimes, but the international gateway routing on Vodacom's backend is completely broken. I logged an urgent Service Request ticket on Tuesday Today, my speed was still stuck at a miserable 1 Mbps, so I reached out again to hear if there were any updates, but I haven't gotten any response yet. This is actively affecting my work and my income. I need technician to look at this ticket and refresh our routing profile immediately. Please help urgently

I feel completely at a loss. On Tuesday, my husband called the call centre and explicitly told them to contact me because I am at the property with the fibre. They spoke to me, took my details, and emailed me to log everything to open a ticket, which I did. Today, I called to follow up only to be told it had been canceled! They just took my details again and told me I have to do everything all over again. Will someone help me or is this a lost cause? I am an online teacher and I am struggling to teach my classes because of this broken connection.
I have just logged a brand new ticket: SR***. I have re-submitted everything again, every verification detail along with technical proof from my computer showing severe upload instability and an international routing collapse.

I need help, please.

Hello, I am still awaiting a response on my second SR ticket (SR***). This is the data on my lesson right now, please help!

My live classroom server logs have officially flagged the Vodacom line as completely unusable:

Connection Failures: The software logged 22 separate poor connection events in just a few minutes.
Catastrophic Lag: My latency history shows massive packet drops peaking at 1,809 ms and a completely broken 4,203 ms (over 4 seconds of pure lag).

The fault is entirely on Vodacom's outside network routing. I am losing income and cannot teach my students. I need someone to fix it urgently!

CRITICAL UPDATE on Ticket SR***:

I have just received an automated status update from Vodacom showing that our residential fiber line has been completely cross-linked in your system to "ESKOM HOLDINGS SOC LTD" under a "BILLING" site.

This is an unbelievable administrative error. We are individual home customers, and I am a teacher whose live classes are down due to severe network lag. Because your system misclassified our engineering fault as an Eskom corporate billing query, our issue is stuck in limbo.Escalation managers, please manually open this file, fix this data mismatch, and push this straight to the actual fiber engineers please

I spoke to a helpful agent on Sunday night who finally listened to the details regarding the severe packet loss and delay spikes. A new ticket was logged (again), and a Vumatel technician came out today (Monday). The technician confirmed that the physical fiber line and wall box infrastructure inside my house are completely fine. He confirmed that the issue is entirely a network congestion/upload routing issue on Vodacom's backend tower/exchange level. I am now waiting to hear how Vodacom plans to fix this server-side issue and exactly how long it will take.
