Broken devices Vodacom sends

<p>Utter *******, how can Vodacom send me a broken laptop, and when needs fixing they tell me to take it to the manufacturer, I did not get this device from the manufacturer, I got it from Vodacom, surely they should be the one liasing with the manufacturers, not the consumer.</p> <p>What's worse is that the manufacturer tells me to contact Vodacom, and Vodacom tells me to contact the manufacturer, this is totally unacceptable! </p>
