broken cellphone

i handed my cellphone in for repairs at vodacom. Cellphone was jumping around apps and got stuck this was the second time the phone went in for the same fault. the phone had small crack on screen,after one day recieved sms from vodacom george that the phone needs a higher level of repairs and was send to berg branch. Three days later recieved a sms from joburg branch that phone was send to nokia for repairs.Today i recieved a sms from vodacom that i need to pay R2055.19 for repairs on my phone. Phone vodacom and they said my warranty has fallen away because of cracked screen. The phone went to tree different vodacom repair shop without any one informing me of this. DONT THINK THIS IS VERY GOOD
