Broken cat phone

<p>I took my cat b15q phone in for repairs at Vodacom as cat have a 24 month guarantee on the phones. My reason were that my phone is having a cracked screen, and is stalling then switches off randomly. They returned it a week later stating that they fixed something in the phone. The screen is still cracked and my phone still stalling and stitching off randomly. I don't know what they actually did on the phone.</p>
