Broke my phone

I took in my phone at vodacom 4 u, it was still working but the battery was running out very quickly. The dealer sent it in to the repair centre in polokwane. They then sent it back claiming that they did a software upgrade but when it arrived back in louis trichard it was completely broken an didnt even want to come on. The dealer couldnt understand what was going on so whe sent it back again. The phone is only 5 months old so it was still under warranty. 2 weeks later the phone is sent back again untouched and im told that i can pay my own repairs because the phone has a couple of scratches and bumps my warranty is void. This doesn't change the fact that my phone was working and now its not! And this is now my problem!!!!!<br>
