Broadacres shop *********** treatment of a Gogo.

Elderly lady trying to cancel her husband's account. She has his power-of-attorney POA. She has had a hip replacment but is expected to get herself to the Broadacres shop to let the shop upload the husband's POA to his account. Person in the shop says have uploaded her POA and she gets herself home. Calls Vodacom only to be told that they don't see the POA attached to the husband's account. Person on the phone now tells this Gogo that she must now GO BACK TO VODACOM AND WATCH THEM UPLOAD THE DOCUMENT AGAIN!!!! This treatment of your customers, especially the elderly is DISGUSTING. SHAME ON YOU!!!
