British Standards Customer Service Delivery

<p>I have to express my gratitude and compliments to the Vodacom online department with specific mention to two very instrumental managers. Sugen Moodley and Kyle Ntskei. These gentleman where as professional and helpful as can be even though I must say at times through the whip at them. </p> <p>Kyle in particular gave me follow up calls,assisted with my reversal and port even delivery ,all with in 48 hours ,just a proper lad with customer service driving his intentions. All in all my confidence in Vodacom South Africa has now strengthend even more thanks to these two lads. At the age 61 this what we rank as customer service at its best. Cheers lads,and continue in this manner not only at work but also in life!</p> <p> </p>
