Brilliant service from Rasonda Valentine

Had an issue with my fibre yesterday and was assisted by Rasonda Valentine, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her, she was extremely helpful and when she couldn't solve the problem, escalated the matter immediately, even though she communicated everything to me over the phone she still took the time to send an email of everything we discussed. So often contacting a call center is a nightmare, I wish to deal with someone like her every time I call vodacom. Absolutely brilliant service Rasonda
