Brilliant Service from Alvin
I am giving Vodacom a 5 star review because of one 5 star employee who fixed multiple issues that I was experiencing from Vodacom and their systems over the last month. I was on the verge of canceling everything with you, but Alvin single handedly restored my faith in your network's customer service. His calm, patience and dedication to helping the customer is commendable.
