BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE VODACOM BLUE ROUTE MALL TOKAI
My mother and I have recently initiated a first‑time contract through Vodacom in Blue Route Mall Tokai and we were so fortunate to be assisted by Pauline , a representative who turned a confusing & stressful process into a seamless, reassuring experience , She was clear, patient, listened attentively and professional , explaining every step , responded promptly , most DEFINITELY WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR US , Her warmth and personalised approach stood out for me , I felt supported and confident throughout the process.
