Brilliant Customer Service Agent - Martha
This is a shout out to Martha Gadebe at the Vodacom eService team!
Wowowow! She is absolutely someone that knows exactly what customer service means. She has not missed an email, always calls to follow up and is honestly just such a pleasant person to speak to. Thank you for you Martha! You deserve a promotion and to head a team as wonderful as you are!
I would give 5 stars, but it’s the the rest of Vodacom that is dragging their feet and making a simple debit order cancellation a long process…
