Brige of contract

<p>My mom has a contract of wifi router with vodacom and an insurance which was offered to her by vodacom.which makes the monthly instalment for both wifi ans insurance 179 p/m,and this moths vodacom deducted R498 instead of the agreed amount of R179.so she went to vodacom highveld mall to query and they told her they will reverse the money its been a week now and nothing has happened when she calls vodacom they tell her to call insurance when she calls insurance they tell to call vodacom.i dont care who is suppose to sort this issue out but vodacom is the shop she signed the papers of agreement and hell yes we want the money back from them they are the once who took the money from my moms account and now she is the one suffering and they continue with their lifes like they have done something right here.so this Refeloe lady from vodacom highveld mall apparently added this amount so she must pay for it coz my mom ddnt sign for it.</p>
