bridge of contract

I took a Vodacom 3G smart Tab I was told I will be paying R59.00 per month to my suprise after 3moth they started taking R65.00, and no one bothered to tell me what was going on. When I ask they are telling me its inflaction, I'm so ****es ill never have a contract with vodacom again, 1st they did a wrong activation and they charged me and 2ndly they charged me for another activation, I am still waiting for my refund from March, they feel like they can play with my account balance whenever they feel like.
