BREDASDORP NO NETWORK AGAIN.!!

Vodacom please refer to reference numbers *** and 0022HaEVS49KWTKW of 18 Nov - please don't try and call with an excuse that you will let your technical department look into the matter, because thats just an excuse to get rid of us and nothing has been done since we in Bredasdorp claim the same problem.. For goodness sake DO SOMETHING about the network that is just always offline , it is just not funny anymore getting an emergency call sign on our phones. When are you going to respond? Like I said , I don't want to receive no more calls that you will look into it,, just do it, Nobody even knows what an emergency call is --this is a dangerous matter since we cannot make phone calls in case of real emergencies , and also when alarms being setting off no security company can call you..as far as I know the whole community is furious about this and also complaining , but all we receive is reference numbers .!!!
