Breaking the law and *****ing customer money !
They increased my monthly contract fee with R24 per month since April 2019. They blamed it on the 1% VAT increase from 14% to 15% but R24 on a R349 is way more than the 1% increase on VAT !!! *****S !!!! They gave me some nonsense feedback that they did send an SMS informing me of the increase. I could not care less about this, YOU ARE VIOLATING THE CONSMER PROTECTION ACT !! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO INCREASE MY CONTRACT AMOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT !!!!
