Breaking promises and simply not doing what they are being paid for

I logged a call on Tuesday 6 December regarding Vodacom lowering my credit limit to about half my contract fee after my latest upgrade. I was promised feedback in 24-48h. They have till today not phoned me back. Meanwhile, EVERY DAY I have to phone 111 to get my line reactivated because I by default am over the lowered credit limit so they softlock my line EVERY DAY. I get made promises that my line will be monitored and if a softlock appears it wil be immediately removed, this does not happen.

Imaging my shock and disgust when, during yesterday morning's shouting match, I learn that the call I logged over a week earlier has not yet even been assigned to an agent/consultant/whatever for a resolution! This is a call that has been escalated a minimum of 2 time after being originally logged!

Furthermore, I also logged a call a week prior regarding my phone not connecting to the LTE network, despite having the capability and the settings being correct and having been granted access (supposedly) on the network. This call was closed as resolved by Vodacom because"they did not receive a screenshot from the customer" which I was never asked for. I have not been called by a Vodacom technician to ask for a screenshot or even just to ask whether the issue was resolved. I was sent an SMS that I could respond to if the issue was not resolved, except I was unable to respond because my line was softlocked!!!

Every morning I get promised that the issues will get urgent attention, and every day I start with the same problems.

After I phoned twice this morning (and once being routed to the "Solutions" Centre), I was promised that the softlock is immediately removed, I must just reboot my device, I did this twice and Surprize!! Surprize!!, the block is still there. If I could give zero stars I would. And every time I call back I have to go through the 10 minutes of auto-answer **** asking about voice-authentication etc.
