Breaking of law

Having served a 5 year penalty of blacklisting on my ITC, Vodacom has taken it upon themselves to reload my ITC profile with an amount of over R8000 which was part of why I served my 5 year credit black out. This action contravenes the law in that it has exceeded prescription and is therefore null and void. You, Vodacom are breaking the law in your actions and I will take this matter to social media in all its forms and if needs be, I will also take you through the legal route as you may not do what you are now doing. I served my time and can not be "charged and prosecuted" for this "crime" twice as you are attempting to do.

Vodacom is clearly thinking it’s above the law by now passing the buck to me to solve the problem they have caused by going after me for a 7 year old contract which far exceeds the law of prescription. Vodacom may not do this but still, they are. And they have had me listed negatively on my ITC report for it which is ******* as they have no right to do so, once again because of the law of prescription. Vodacom, don’t make this my problem when you caused it. Fix it or I will go to social media and make ppl aware of what you’re doing and I will help to educate those who don’t know their legal rights which you are so flagrantly disregarding.....
