Breaking contract

This is the third complaint I have placed on hello peter to resolve an issue.<br> <br> The issue has come for 2 months already where Vodacom does not abide by the terms in their own contract and consultants giving wrong information.<br> <br> Vodacom keeps replying on these complaints saying a consultant will contact me and that they are sorry about the service.<br> <br> It has been more than a month since the first complaint and no one has contacted me yet.<br> <br> Vodacom themselves and the branch manager at Kroonstad Electronic services Willie Roux are ignoring me now for 2 months.<br> <br> Seems to me the only thing that one can do to get service or even someone to try to contact you is through lawyers, which is exactly what i am going to do now.
