Breach of NCA

Vodacom is obligated by law to let me know why my contract application was declined due to my credit report. I have been in contact with the credit bureau and they confirmed that Vodacom have to tell me what my credit report says. Furthermore, my credit rating is GOOD.

I think you're taking shortcuts again Vodacom. In the last 2 years I have had nothing but trouble with you. And a big shout out to Nomi Masinini, who should not be talking to customers. All employees are brand ambassadors of the company that they work for, and Nomi really shows a negative image for the already not so great Vodacom.

Thank you RJ. It was a mistake to listen to your call centre person who said that it would be fine if a double debit order went off my account for the following month, when the VAT increased and my debit order bounced. I had said that I could pay it immediately or a double debit order at the end of the month, to which he said a double debit order would be FINE! After 15 years + with Vodacom, this has definitely given me the push to start experiencing other cellular providers.
