Breach of CPA and FAIS acts

I was mislead into entering a contract with Vodacom online. The nature of the deceit does breach the CPA and FAIS acts (call records will prove my accusation). I have also been placed in a worse off financial position due to this deceit. I am still getting billed for a phone and contract which I have don’t have in my possession nor have ever used. I have been trying to get some sort of response from Vodacom for the past couple months and nothing but silence. Please will a senior manager contact me and I will forward all my correspondence on file. I have given Vodacom more than enough time to rectify this situation. If I don’t hear from a senior manager within 24hrs I will be taking my case to the ombudsman.
