Breach of Contract or ***** you chose

I Upgraded my contract in December 2017 at Vodacom. July I was contacted by Elite mobile to upgrade again, month after receiving the handset, my first installment was deducted and it was not what we agreed too, the second time it happened, I phoned Vodacom as they are sending me statements and deducting my money they tell me to take it up with Elite Mobile. I phone elite Mobile they say it's not what they agreed to, Now I have to go to a Vodacom Customer care(nothing really close to me as I struggle with transport) to get their email address so that Elite mobile can send the recording of the phone call (I was never sent any contact for the upgrade), then go back to that same Vodacom Customer care to listen to it, once elite mobile sends it. Then open a police case so that they will release it to me(recording that is considered as my contract, didn't know I needed to go to such lengths to get any proof of what was agrees). It's a back and forth back and forth and I am getting sick of it. Next step is going to my lawyers to find out what I can do without wasting more of my money and time.
