Breach of Contract or *****?

<p>I signed a contract on 01/07/2016. After much rumblings, I manage to get a copy of that contract from the Vodacom Shop where I upgraded. Now page 1 of contract being changed. Date is 12/07/2016 and contract type is changed. I cannot get the contract changed to what it should be. I initialled every page when I signed the contract on the 01/07/2016 and am in possesion of that copy handed to me. The copy I now obtained page 1 is not initialled. I am wondering what my next step should be as Vodacom wants to charge me a penalty if I concel.</p>
