BREACH OF CONTRACT!!No communication, LIES & DECEPTION!

I have been back and forth with Vodacom and Cellucity for what possibly could be one full year now. I have been asking and requesting feedback for months now and these people have completely disregarded me and this issue. The way in which they conduct themselves and represent their businesses/company is appalling.

It is unfortunate that it has to come to this, I am fully aware and certain of the fact that someone will finally contact me after this post as social media has now become the only communication platform that gets these people to respond or take your seriously. 2 months ago, March 2017 I did exactly what I am doing now and I managed to get a phone call from the social media manager – did this help? No all he did was tell me what is owed, not why or how this had happened in the very first place. I want answers. You guys will not **** me when you are in the wrong!

First and foremost I would like to know why my debit order with vodacom was stopped on your end and this with no communication whats so ever. After asking numerous times, I then finally received communication stating that I have been moved on/over to the legal department. And still no feedback as to WHY.

I have asked many times for a response on the below message sent via email every week to both parties, in order to move forward from this.

"It is just as important to communicate to and with your customers, which is why I would like to know why the account was stopped as you are aware this is breach of contract in a court of law.

Also, I signed a contract with you guys for a value of R199,00 per month and more than that was debited each month - around R219,50 - R259,99”

(Both parties include Cellucity - Olinka Visser) My requests have been blatantly ignored, the only response I get is requesting and stating the amount owed on the account. This is CHEATING! I want to know WHY!

I then, on a daily basis, made contact with their legal department and as per usual I receive an automated email stating that they will deal with my issue within 5 working days —— which has been the case ever since my account was handed over to legal and up until this very moment, god alone knows why.

Before taking this further I need to know why this has happened, why the debit order was stopped and why and EXTRA R400 was added to my account and WHY I owe an amount of R1470.73.

I have been in contact with Tiego Mohlopi, the "Executive Client Liaison Officer" and been requesting feedback week after week and all he came back with was the attached and no reason as to why when I have been asking basically for what seems to be 11 months now. Is this how you cheat your customers, by getting more out of the deal? The fault lies on your end.You guys stopped my debit with no communication and then a couple of months later, after ME following up, you tell me I owe the above amount, and an extra R400 add on, what for? Why did this happened in the first place

You guys are in total breach of contract and are devious and sly! Is this how you deal with your customers?

I need answers.
