Breach of Contract-Defective Laptop HP Laptop
My wife( Angelina Molobetsi) bought a contract HP laptop(DV1LD38587) from Vodacom whereby the agreement date is 24/12/2021. The laptop does not want to reboot and we have been using it for less than a year. We have been send from pillar to post regarding fixing or replacing the laptop which we believe is still under warranty from the date of agreement. We took it to HP and we were told that the laptop is no longer under warranty. The laptop might be out of warranty silence the date Vodacom sourced it from HP but from our point of view as per the agreement we have with Vodacom the laptop is still under warranty. Vodacom need to ensure that Laptop is fixed , replaced or cancel the contract.

13 Sept 2022, 20:45We will never ever buy anything through Vodacom. Customer feedback is not important to them and one wonders how were they ISO 9001 Certified.
