Breach of contract by Vodacom

<p>I upgraded my contracts mid October and Vodacom simply do not honor their obligation towards me. I do not get the airtime minutes as outlined in my contract, I did not get the 10gb promotional data as per the contract and their brochure and their extensive marketing! They charged me over R1000 for out of bundle data on my data contract even though I have a contract in place to have an automatic cutoff at R200. I have subscribed to reduced rate international calling for 3 years, but am now charged in full because they neglected to carry over my subscription to my upgrade. I cannot make calls to my husband's number - I get a msg that the number does not exist, even though I get charged everytime I try to phone. I can send messages to his number, though. I have been to 3 outlets, made over 30 calls, left messages, spent 2 hours at Vodaworld in Midrand with a consultant called Mandlakayise Msimanga. I have sent him emails which he does not repond to. Lianda Mahali from Vodacom promised to sort it all 2 weeks ago but also nothing from him. I posted on Vodacom's FB page, but they are simply not interested in helping me. I referred the matter to the NCC and will get legal aid to cancel my debit order and have the updates reversed. The contract on my cellphone only expires end December therefore I want Vodacom to cancel the upgrade on this as they are not honouring their side of the agreement anyway.</p>
