Breach of contract by VODACOM. (2)

Someone at VODACOM is REALLY stupid....

This has been dragging on since OCTOBER last year, when I terminated my contract, on the fact I get NO SERVICE in Elandsdrift.

HI Ashley,

I find this offer quite amusing and ridiculous, and another suttle way of VODACOM trying to BULLY clients to pay on THEIR forfeited contracts.
I will NOT settle this account as I have been advised by the Consumer Council that I was 100% withing my consumer rights after sending my termination of the contract, based on non-service or extremely poor service.

Should VODACOM wish to take this issue to court, that I have full intentions of defending this utterly ridiculous issue, please advise them, that I would need the following:
1) A copy of ALL their Technical tests from my house, BOTH times they were here, as well as their results.
2) All the use of data I used, since I cancelled the contract.
3) Copies of the ORIGINAL contract signed by me.
4) The responses And communications I sent them, INCLUDING, my letter of cancelling my contract, based on their non-service in our area.
5) Their internal communication, where the Complaints Department, notified the Accounts Department and Technical Departments, to discontinue my DATA service.
6) ANY clause in their contract, where I declined my consumer right, (Initialed and accepted) to accept no reasonable service from VODACOM.

It seems to me, that VODACOM is totally unorganized and the worst situation, is the fact that they do NOT recognise it.

I know you are only operating under their ******** instructions, and I Decline ANY accountability for ANY COSTS YOU INCURRED, DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE and WILL NOT be held accountable for any costs, THEY incurred.

This WILL be posted to my Time Line of Face Book, Hello Peter and to the Consumer Councils complaints page as well as other open public forums.

Due to my stroke and affects of the stroke, I cannot drive as I have lost 60% of my vision and slight paralysis on my right hand side.
If I could, I would have gone to see them to clear their nonsense up, but I do not have any transport or any way to get to a shopping center, except over weekends, when and if people can help me.

Yours sincerely,
Bill Hollenbach

On 2016/11/14 03:34 PM, Ashley Williams wrote:

Case Reference: HP **********

Good day

Vodacom is now offering you the opportunity to Settle your outstanding account over a maximum period of 3 months and still qualify for up to 22% Settlement discount.

I will be more than willing to assist you with more information on the above.
