Breach of Contract at its Best

It is now May and i am yet to receive my PS4 with my upgrade as advertised in the April Catalogue. This constitutes a breach of contract which can be remedied in one of 2 ways: - Cancel my upgrade and revert me back to my previous plan - Get me my PS4 within the next 48 hours - Observe as lodge a complaint with the Tribunal regarding your contravention of the CPA as you failed to deliver on an offer you publicised for the month os April 2018.

All this after opening 4 lines with you guys.

Sadly, customer service does not exist in South Africa and Vodacom is a perfect example of this.

Think of it in this way, as least you are good at something

So when exactly can I expect this call? a Generic response is not good enough. Please call my bluff, It has been a while since I've lodged a formal complaint against an organisation who thinks its ok to exploit consumers.
