Breach of contract and unwillingness to refund

This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced...And let's face it, I've been exposed to customer service from SA Banks.

You have been shamelesly debiting my account for a data package that is not mine! Seems like you'll do anything to grow your bottom line. Well I see it as **********. Mistakes do happen but after being given ample opportunity to rectify them, can they still be seen as mistakes? Now it's become thievery.

I have phoned in multiple times and have received the same standard response every single time. "Your issue will be resolved within 24hrs. We will refund you."....Absolute ********.

My Debit order is due on the 27th. If my request is not resolved by then, I will have no choice but to cancel my debit order on my 24 month contract. If you shamelesly breach the terms of our contract then I can do so as well. I don't care if my account goes into arrears. You can send it directly to write-offs because you'll be wasting your resources trying to collect. Or actually keep on phoning...I would appreciate wasting your time like you did mine!

Regards,

Hermann
