Breach of contract and false advertising

I recently got a cellphone contract with Vodacom and as part of that deal/ promotion, I was suppose to get 1GB of data for the next 3 months. I git the contract beginning of the month. However, to this date, I have not received my 1GB of data, When I call the call centre (more than 9 times, I was counting), they always say the same thing
