Breach of contract

I upgraded my contract on 02 January 2017. The visited the Grove Mall store during December to do the upgrade and had decided on the Huawei P9 device which included a R2000 Woolworths voucher as part of the deal. At the time, I was informed that the Store did not have stock of the P9 and I should return in January. I enquired if the deal will still hold since I ordered the phone in December. I was told that it would. I returned on 02 January 2017 to collect the phone and complete the upgrade. I opened the box in the store to ensure that the Woolworths voucher was included since no consultant had any answers as to where I will get this voucher from. The consultant at the time (Sarona) stated that the voucher will be inside the box. There was no voucher in the box. I opened the box in the store with the consultant as a witness. I enquired again and was told you contact the store the following day when the Huawei representative will be available to answer the question. Since then I have been constantly trying to get some information about the voucher and no one can help me... after 3 weeks of constantly calling, I was given the number of another Huawei representative. This guy (Ridwaan Syed) asked me to send detailed information about my phone and purchase. I did this on 24 January 2017. It has now been 2 months since upgrading to this deal and I still have not received the Woolworths voucher. This is a breach of contract. I now have no other contact information and this is the only option I have. If Vodacom cannot stick to the deal that was offered, then I would like this contract cancelled, a full refund and I will use another service provider!
