Breach of Contract

I recently did an upgrade at the Brooklyn mall Vodacom shop and the Tablet which i received was faulty so I took it back to the store and the service received has been terrible to date. I then mentioned that i would rather just leave the tablet with the store and cancel the contract because of this but as usual the store always hides behind Vodacom and says you signed a contract so good luck getting out of that but I have done some research and the store neglected to get a document with the company letter head on it saying that the company gives permission for this upgrade and this is a requirement from Vodacom, so why must i now bear the brunt of the useless admin in the shop and be locked into a contract when the store has actually not got all the requirements for a business upgrade and they keep ignoring this fact. Why is it that we need to keep hearing " You signed a contract" but the shop delivers such poor customer service and we just need to accept this. I will never ever sign a new contract with Vodacom in my personal or business capacity. Its Honestly time Vodacom stops worrying about contracts and actually start taking note of what there shops are doing to there customer experience.
