breach of contract
<p>I have addressed this problem now for the last 2 months or so with now no help from Vodacom. No correspondence and when I can I'm always been cut of or not assisted. I was offerd a contract renewal with 110 airtime and 250mb data a month. I accepted and from day one never received the 250mb. It's now 3 months and same story , I asked for them to cancel the contract from the first month of the dishonor and they still continue charging me for the contract . I'm going to now pursue a lawyer to handle this case and for my losses. A guy from Vodacom spoke to me and said they will cancel the contract but after I spoke to him no one has come back to me. I received a sms stating that my query has been closed. </p>

On the 29/09/2016 I have email stating the cancellation of this Vodacom contract from Vodacom retenions office. A reversal of the contract was said to have been done. I have still been billed up until January 2017 for this contract and now Vodacom has put me thru there legal department. Spoke to a lady fezaka this morning and all they do as usual is can't help you ! I'm sick and tired of this kind of business etticks ! They fail to realise it's the customer that makes there business stay open. They know what they doing and they pretend as if they clueless when you speak to them putting you from one person to another ! Vodacom needed to credit me funds for the reversal of the contract, now they come with there stories!!!!!!
