BREACH OF CONTRACT

Good Day, My husband app**** for another phone online and then the same day went to the Vodacom store in Centurion Mall where Rudolph assisted him. Rudolph converted the online sale to a instore sale. He told my husband to just bring his ID document as he is already a client of Vodacom. He said my husband qualifies for the Sony Z5 and then they did all of the documentation. My husband signed a contract with Vodacom and paid the R105 Simcard activation fee. This all happened on Friday the 13th May 2016. Monday the 16th May 2016 he phone Vodacom to ask why his phone is still not on. They said they require bank statements from him and after submitting same they said he will be requested to take the phone back as he does not qualify for the phone.

This is really bad. We will seek legal advice as a contract was signed and money was paid towards the simcard and now Vodacom is putting us through embarrassment and inconvenience. This is highly unprofessional. My husband is the account holder of the contract and i currently use the phone he got on the first contract. His phone is still not active......
