Breach of Contract

The Vodafone Mobile WI-FI R206-Z includes a voucher that provides for a technician to install the equipment, the technician typically will visit you within four (4) working days as per the voucher insert. I requested a technical visit on the 4th November 2015 by dialing 082155 and was provided with a reference number A1-XC3B-RGV1L2. Today being the 19/11/2015 way more than 4 working days has lapsed. Vodacom is in breech of its contractual obligations! A refund is in order Vodacom! In addition Ricardo whilst attempting to assist left a voice mail message to contact 082155 for assistance I have comp**** several times with the usual security questions, then I am asked how can I be assisted..... explain the whole situation again blah blah blah. Firstly why has it taken so long for me to have a technician sent as per my voucher. Secondly why must I keep explaining the situation to a different call centre agent. Surely one person takes ownership of the inquiry and deals with it to conclusion. Vodacom your staff and stupid customer service management systems are failing you. I am actually finding the situation comical, don't go away the next episode is going to be even funnier. Lol
